We hope you have a pleasant visit at RenewMyLicence.com (the ‘Site’).We respect others' rights and we expect others to respect our intellectual property rights. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown request to us through our DMCA Agent, who is listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected against claims of infringement under the "safe harbour" provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In order to register a good faith infringement claim with us, you must provide notice that includes the following information:
Notice of Infringement and Claim
1. The content that is infringing must be identified and reasonably sufficient information must be provided to enable the service provider to find the item;
2. The copyright owner's signature, either in person or electronically, or the signature of a representative approved by the owner;
3. The identification of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work;
4. Please supply the URL of the challenged page so we can identify the allegedly objectionable material;
5. Information such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number that is deemed reasonably essential to allow the service provider to contact the person who is lodging the complaint;
6. A statement expressing the complaining party's sincere belief that the copyright agent has not granted permission for the material to be used; and
7. A statement verifying the veracity of the data in the notification and, under threat of perjury, certifying that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Title 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees, on anybody who knowingly and materially falsifies any information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3).
Please submit any takedown requests using our Contact page. For prompt review, kindly submit via email.
Please take note that if we get a copyright infringement complaint, we could give our contact details and identity to the alleged infringer. When you file a claim, you understand, accept, and agree that the alleged infringer may get your identity and the specifics of your claim.
Counter-Notification: Content Restoration
If you have received notice that an item is being taken from the website owing to a claim of copyright infringement, you have the option to file a counternotification to us in an effort to get the item in question restored. The notification must be sent in writing to our DMCA Agent in accordance with 17 USC Section 512(g)(3), and it must basically contain the following information:
1. Your signature, either handwritten or digital.
2. A summary of the deleted material together with its original location prior to removal.
3. A statement made under oath expressing your belief—expressed in good faith, in my opinion—that the content that was removed or deactivated was incorrectly identified or deleted.
4. Name, address, and phone number should be included, along with a statement indicating that you would accept service of process from the person or company who first alerted you of the infringement and that you consent to be served with legal notices from them. You should also include a statement indicating that, in the event that you are not in the United States, you consent to receiving legal notices from any court district in where the service provider may be located.
5. To send your counternotice, use our Contact page. Email use is highly recommended.
Guidelines for Repeat offenders
We take copyright infringement very seriously. In compliance with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act's repeat infringement policy, we maintain a log of DMCA notifications from copyright holders and make every effort to locate any repeat infringers. This is our internal repeat infringement policy, and it applies to users whose accounts are revoked.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this page's content at any time, including how DMCA claims are handled. It is advised that you check back frequently to see whether this policy has been updated.
